Passive Ion Gauge
(10⁻² - 2x10⁻¹¹ mbar)

A Passive ion gauge sensors use hot cathode ionization technology, there is a two models. A IG40 BA is a wide measuring range from 10⁻²  to 2x10⁻¹¹ mbar (1.5x10⁻¹¹ Torr) and is protection shield welded in plance, a IG40 EX is a wide measuring range from 10-4 to 2 x 10⁻¹² mbar (1.5x10⁻¹² Torr) and significant reduction of X-ray and
ion desorption effects.
