We have built on existing GXS screw pump technology already proven in hundreds of applications a simpler systemization with wider service options and lower purchase and maintenance costs focusing on durability and performance in the industrial market.
Non-contacting long-life seals with integral oil blocking labyrinth seal provide highly effective sealing.
It uses advanced quality bearings and special purpose oil with low vapour pressure for application compatibility and improved service life.
Non-cantilever design provides secure rotor support for extremely low vibration and superior starting reliability, especially on harsh processes.
Increased performance over a square screw, 6 turns can match the performance of 7 turns on square form.
All rotor faces are sealed on a quimby screw reducing back leakage and its clearance is controlled more accurately.
Square screw profile is square then tapered leaving bigger clearances
Dependable new gas system with manual gas ballast control to improve roughing performance at high flows and inlet pressures and to lower roughing power at higher speed. The valves allow gas to bypass the final stages of the screw mechanism, and blow-off directly into the exhaust.
Reliable constant flow cooling system with large ID pipe and optimized routing. Pressure manual regulator from 0 to 130slm gas ballast.
In-built off-shelf inverter for simple connection and communication. Electrical cabinet designed according to IP54 requirements, with air-cooled through mount inverter and off-shelf Yaskawa inverter.
Basic control philosophy for ease of installation and operation, with 3 warning outputs (warm-up signal, stator warning signal, and alarm signal) and optional control of Profibus and variable speed.
