Primary Vacuum Pumps

We offer the broadest range of both dry and oil sealed primary pumps which have become the industry standard due to their high reliability, performance capabilities and serviceability.

High Vacuum & UHV

We are a technology leader in the manufacture of high vacuum (HV) and ultra-high vacuum (UHV) pumps specifically designed to meet the evolving challenges of new techniques and more cost effective instruments.

For applications requiring high vacuum our comprehensive range of hybrid bearing and maglev turbomolecular pumps will provide pumping speeds from 47 to 4300 ls-1.

In applications involving UHV and XHV we offer a range of capture ion pumps achieving pressures of 10-11 mbar or lower.

Accessories

We offer a wide range of instrumentation, accessories, hardware, consumables and spare parts to help meet a wide variety of vacuum applications and serve our customers during the operational lifetime of their equipment.
